Paul writes: "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." (Ephesians 4: 29)

Bereavement

Following the loss of someone we love, life can feel meaningless and empty. We can wonder if it's all worth it, the struggle to face each new day, the difficutly in sleeping, the pain of parting, the loneliness, the battle to pick up the pieces of life after the loss someone who was very much part of our lives. We may feel relieved that a time of dreadful suffering is over but amidst it all, guilt and anger can still eat away at us. It can feel as if they are destroying us and any peace we may ever have hoped to find. It can feel as if we will never be able to move forward and yet life is stronger than death and so in time life will triumph even if we fight it.

In this section there are some readings which we hope will cause a light to shine in the darkness of these days.
